Connection Instructions
WAKE DEVICE UP
Tap on the JMate device to wake it up; its indicator should illuminate green.
Device list
Tap the JMate icon on the list to find your device.
Connected
JMate icon will turn Blue when connected. Otherwise, it will be gray.
if disconnected
Enter settings within your chosen game and tap the Bluetooth option to re-connect.
FAQ
How to check whether devices connected or not?
- Navigate to “Bluetooth” Settings:
Go to the Settings section within your chosen motion game. Look for the Bluetooth option under the game settings. - Check the JMate Icon:
Locate the JMate icon within the Bluetooth settings. Green icon: connected; gray icon: disconnected. - Reconnect if Necessary
If disconnected (Gray), tap the JMate icon and follow the prompts to reconnect the device.
How to check my user ID and settings
- Navigate to the "Community" section from main menu.
- Find and enter “Profile” for your user ID and personal information.
- Setting icon will be lower right that allows you to update various preferences such as language settings and others.
Can I share the devices with others?
You can share the sensors with your household. Create different accounts and take turns to pair with the sensors. Your workout data will be recorded separately by account. *One device can only connect to one account at the same time.
