  • Select your bike type from the dropdown menu on the connection page.
  • Connect to JBike. If already paired please reconnect to sync the update.
  • Go to Map → Detailed Settings → Select installation type.

*Only exercise bikes need calibration. For manual calibration, please reference the tutorial video.

Wear the JMate2 Smart Fitness Band or Additional Device to track your heart rate.

Bluetooth Settings

  1. Check whether JMate2 is connected. When connected, the indicator light will be solid green.
  2. Wear it on your right wrist.
  3. Input your correct height in your Profile.

Your workout records in Jacfit app are compatible with Strava! Here is how you upload your activity from Jacfit to Strava:

  1. In lobby, tap on "Record" icon on the bottom right.
  2. Choose the exercise records and type you'd love to upload.
  3. Tap on the Strava icon on right-hand side.

Tutorial

You can use the JMate2 Smart Fitness Band or Additional Device:

  1. Tap the band to wake it up before connecting.
  2. Enter Single-Player Mode in the "Carnival" and connect.
Connection Guide

Each person should wear one band on their right wrist. You can pair bands in any combination:

  • JMate2 + Additional Device
  • Additional Device + Additional Device
  • JMate2 + JMate2
  1. Tap the band to wake it up before connecting.
  2. Enter Two-Player Mode in the "Carnival" and connect.
Two Player Guide

  1. Open the app, then allow the required permissions.
  2. Go to Setting > Device > press "+" icon.
  3. Tap to wake the band before connecting.
  4. Select the device you wish to connect.

*Please note, connect the device via the app, instead of your phone's Bluetooth settings.

The JMate2 heart rate function is compatible with bike computers and third-party apps.
Open the Jacfit Plus app and connect your JMate2. After connecting, tap JMate2 in the "My Devices" list to enter settings. Tap "Enable Bluetooth visibility..." to make JMate2 discoverable on bike computer or third-party apps.

  1. Charging time: 1.5 hours.
  2. While charging, a solid red light appears in the top-right corner. The indicator will turn off once charging is complete.
  3. If the red light flashes after the device is fully charged, please connect it to the app to sync before use.

*Please note, DO NOT use this charging cable to charge other devices to avoid damage.

To project Jacfit to a TV, first open the Jacfit app on your smartphone or tablet (available on App Store and Google Play ) and connect your Jacfit device via Bluetooth. Then choose a projection method based on your device and TV specifications:

iOS HDMI cable

Use the appropriate HDMI adapter and cable for your iPhone or iPad. This method is more stable than Wi-Fi, and we recommend using it for projection.

Android HDMI cable

Use the appropriate HDMI adapter and cable for your Android device. This method is more stable than Wi-Fi, and we recommend using it for projection.

The devices will automatically enter sleep mode when the connection is lost, and they are left flat for a period time. To disconnect manually, simply swipe up to close the app.
