Navigate to workout and enter Cycling
Activate JBike
Cycling to slide magnets over JBike for connection.
*Please make sure the gap between the magnet and the device is less than 0.6mm
Activate JMate
Tap JMate to wake it up for connection.
Connected
Both icons should be colored when completed.
Enter Scenes
The fitness data and heart icon will lighten up if connected.
Motion Games Connection
Navigate to workout and enter Carnival
Device list
Tap the JMate icon to find your device.
Active JMate
Tap JMate device to wake up for connection.
Check State
JMate icon will turn Blue when connected. Otherwise, it will be gray.
If Disconnected
Enter settings within your chosen game and tap the Bluetooth option to re-connect.
Q&A
Does not pick up speed accurately?
1. Choose the bike type from the drop-down on connection page.
2. Connect to JBike.
* If already connected, please disconnect and follow step1 to reconnect.
3. Go to settings, switch to system tab and click speed calibration.
*Only exercise bikes need to be calibrated.
4. For manual calibration. Please reference tutorial video.
How to upload the data to Strava?
Your workout records in Jacfit app is compatible with Strava! Here is how you upload your activity from Jacfit to Strava:
1. In lobby, tap on note icon on top right.
2. Choose the exercise records and type you'd love to upload.
3. Tap on Strava icon on right-hand side.
How to play motion games?
Wear the JMate wristband and connect it after selecting a game. Once connected, the icon will turn blue.
How to turn off the JBike and JMate devices?
Our products will enter the sleep mode when not use for a while (place JMate on a flat surface). You can wake JBike up by sliding the magnet over JBike and tapping JMate.
Does the app supports third-party devices?
Jacfit app is exclusive and only for products from Jacfit.
Can I share the devices with others?
You can share the sensors with your household. Create different accounts and take turns to pair with the sensors. Your workout data will be recorded separately by account.
*One device can only connect to one account at the same time.
