Troubleshooting Guide

Dealing with screen lag

For screen mirroring to a TV or projector, a wired HDMI connection is recommended. Wireless mirroring may result in audio / video desync due to transmission delays.

This is a standard limitation of wireless projection technology, rather than an issue with our product or the app.

When JMate2 cannot sync data to the Jacfit Plus App

  1. Confirm that JMate2 is connected to the app.
  2. Swipe down on the app's home screen to refresh manually, and confirm if the "Last Updated" time has synced.
  3. *If the issue persists, please reinstall the app and repeat the steps above, or contact our customer support team.

When JMate2 is not connecting properly

  1. Check if JMate2 has enough battery. If not, fully charge and reconnect.
  2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet.
  3. Ensure Bluetooth (Nearby Devices) and Notification permissions are granted for the app.
  4. Avoid connection conflicts when changing apps. Close the previously connected app completely (swipe it away).
  5. Then proceed to connect with the new app.

  6. Before connecting, please tap to wake up the device, then reconnect to the app.
  7. *If the issue persists, please reinstall the app and repeat the steps above, or contact our customer support team.

Checking Battery Level

Jacfit App: Check the Bluetooth connection page.

Jacfit Plus App: Go to the "Device" page.
