JMotion User Manual
Checking the contents
Upon opening the package, please check that all the following items are included. If any components are missing, please contact customer service.
- One (1) JMotion Wristband
- One (1) JMotion Charging Cable
Awake/Standby mode
Tap JMotion to wake it up. If the indicator doesn't light up, please charge the device.
JMotion will automatically enter standby mode when not connected and left idle.
Charging
Attaching and Removing the JMotion Unit
a. Squeeze the left and right sides of the device (the 3 and 9 o'clock positions).
b. While squeezing, turn the device 90° counterclockwise.
c. Remove the device from the band to charge it. (Turn the JMotion Unit 90° clockwise until you hear a “click,” indicating that it is securely attached to the band.)
Charging Status: The top-right indicator light stays solid red while charging and goes out when fully charged.
Charging Time: Approximately 1 hour from completely dead to fully charged.
*Notice: This cable is exclusively for Jacfit devices. Do not use
with other brands.
*Warning: Keep the cable away from magnetic objects to avoid short
circuits.
Battery Life & Data Storage
A fully charged JMotion can last up to 5 days in typical usage.
In standby mode, JMotion can last up to 10 days.
Checking Battery Level
Jacfit App: Check the Bluetooth connection page.
On the Device: Check the indicator light for low battery warnings. For details, please refer to the Indicator Light Guide.
ATM Ratings
3ATM
Splash resistant. Good for everyday wear but remove before showering or swimming. Avoid exposure to high temperatures, high humidity, hot tubs, saunas, or high-pressure water.
Indicator lights
Tap JMotion to check the status. The indicator light will turn off automatically after 5–6 seconds.

Troubleshooting Guide
When JMotion is not connecting properly
- Check if JMotion has enough battery. If not, fully charge and reconnect.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or tablet.
- Ensure Bluetooth (Nearby Devices) and Notification permissions are granted for the app.
- Avoid connection conflicts when changing apps. Close the previously connected app completely (swipe it away). Then proceed to connect with the new app.
- Before connecting, please tap to wake up the device, then reconnect to the app.
*If the issue persists, please reinstall the app and repeat the steps above, or contact our customer support team.
Dealing with screen lag
For screen mirroring to a TV or projector, a wired HDMI connection is recommended. Wireless mirroring may result in audio/video desync due to transmission delays.
This is a standard limitation of wireless projection technology, rather than an issue with our product or the app.
Warranty service
JACFIT provides 1-year limited warranty for repair or replacement
due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
- Improper use
- Rough and/or careless handling
- Incorrect installation
- Accidents, abuse and misuse
- Floods, fires, and natural disasters
- Improper, and unauthorized repair.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
After warranty expiration, JACFIT may offer a discount on replacement or upgrade if defects are manufacturing-related.

Consumables (e.g., batteries) and products with removed/damaged serial numbers are not covered.
Online Auction Purchases
Online auctions are not eligible for rebates, special offers or warranty coverage.
Auction confirmations are not valid proof of purchase.
Warranty requires an original or retailer-issued receipt.
JACFIT will not replace missing parts from auction purchases.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Data should only be used as a reference for personal health management. For any medical concerns, please consult a professional healthcare service.
Battery Warnings
Do not attempt to repair or replace the battery yourself. Improper replacement can cause overheating and injury. Battery components can harm the environment or human health if disposed of incorrectly. Please recycle this device at a designated lithium battery recycling location.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. How to wear
Wear the product on your right wrist and make sure the “JACFIT” logo on the JMotion unit is horizontal and facing you (Logo perpendicular to strap).
Connecting to the app
- Scan the QR code on the user guide or box to download the app (Supports iOS & Android).
- Turn on Bluetooth and allow Bluetooth/Notification permissions. (Android users: please enable notification access.)
- Tap the device to wake it up, then follow the in-app pairing instructions.
- Before switching apps, fully close the current app first.
- Some games support two-player challenges using JMotion together with the JMate2 wristband.

Mode Description:
Dual-Hand Mode (Boxing): Wear one JMotion or JMate2 on each wrist, with the “JACFIT” or "J" logo facing you. Both devices are used by the same player.
2-Player Mode: Each player wears one JMotion or JMate2 on the right wrist, with the “JACFIT” or "J" logo facing you. Two players each use one device to play the game.
*Please note: Always connect through the app, not through your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

Wearing Instructions
JClip sold separately.
- Press the button on the front of the JClip to open it, then follow the instructions below to attach it to the shoelaces before putting on your shoes.

Secure the JClip:
Sports Shoes / Sneakers (Standard Shoelaces):
With the “J” logo facing toward the toe of the shoe, snap the JClip near the upper-middle section of your shoelaces. Thread at least two rows of shoelaces through the JClip to secure it firmly in place.Cycling Shoes (Thin Shoelaces):
With the “J” logo facing toward the toe of the shoe, loosen your shoelaces and thread at least two rows of shoelaces through the JClip. Make sure the front shoelace is securely seated in the upper notch of the JClip, then retighten the shoelaces and snap the JClip closed to secure it firmly in place. -
Attach JMotion Main Unit to JClip:
- Squeeze the left and right sides of the JMotion unit (at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions).
- While squeezing, rotate the device 90° counterclockwise.
- Remove the JMotion unit from the band and insert it into the JClip.
- Rotate the JMotion unit 90° clockwise until you hear a “click,” indicating that it is securely attached to the JClip.
- Make sure “JACFIT” is horizontal and facing the toe of the shoe.

Wearing Instructions
JClip sold separately.
- Press the button on the front of the JClip to open it, then follow the instructions below to attach it to the shoelaces before putting on your shoes.

How to Pair with a Bike Computer (Cadence Supported)
- Ensure that your bike computer is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity.
- Pair and connect your JMotion main unit with the Jacfit Plus app.
- Once connected to the Jacfit Plus app, go to Settings > Devices > tap on "JMotion", and select "Enable Bluetooth Visibility". The app will automatically close.
- Tap to wake up the device, then search for JMotion on your bike computer.
- Once paired with the bike computer, the device indicator will show a fast flashing blue light pattern.
*Note: To reconnect the JMotion main unit to the app, please disconnect it from your bike computer first and then re-pair it inside the app to prevent connection conflicts.
Connecting to the app

- Tap the device to wake it up, then follow the in-app pairing instructions, and select Outdoor Cycling mode.
